Your company

This is what your subcontractors see when they sign in and on every work order you issue.

.subsub.work

Where your team and your subcontractors sign in.

No mark yet

Square SVG or transparent PNG. The mark only — your company name is set as text beside it. Optional, you can add it later.

Your own logo and sign-in address come with Scale. On Basic your subcontractors sign in through SubSub. You can add your branding whenever you upgrade — nothing needs re-entering. See Scale

Pick everything you hire out. It sets what SubSub asks your subcontractors to prove, and you can change it any time.

You can be hired through SubSub too — another general contractor can send you work. Adding these is what makes that possible, and it is the same proof you will ask of your own subcontractors. You can do it later from your account — several states have no contractor license at all, so this is never required to sign up.

Add your subcontractors

A company name and an email is enough to start. They get their own login and fill in their trades, coverage, crews and documents themselves.

0 of 3 on Basic Add up to three now. You can invite more any time.

That's the fourth — Basic covers three.

Scale is $99 a month, or $990 a year with two months free, plus sales tax where it applies: unlimited subcontractors, unlimited users, unlimited jobs, plus your own logo and sign-in address. Everything you've entered so far carries over. Stay on Basic and you'll keep your three, and can upgrade whenever you need the fourth.

You're set up.

We've emailed your subcontractors an invite. They'll build their own profiles and upload their own documents, then you approve them.

  • Next: approve their documents as they come in — nobody can be assigned a job until theirs clear.
  • Then: create your first job, pick the trades, and SubSub will show you who can take it.
